If you experience discomfort, irritation, redness, pain, or blurred vision while wearing contact lenses, remove them immediately and consult your eye care professional.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You have a valid and current prescription.
- You have consulted an eye care professional regarding the suitability of the products.
- The prescription, parameters, colour, and product selection are accurate.

1. Defective or Damaged Products
1.1 Defective Contact Lenses
If you believe your contact lenses have a manufacturing defect:
- Notify us within three (3) days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue.
- Return the defective lenses in their original packaging upon request.
- Once verified, we will provide a replacement of the same brand, product, prescription, and colour at no additional cost.
Please note:
- Refunds are not available for defective contact lenses.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, storage errors, or failure to follow wearing instructions is not covered.
1.2 Defective Eyeglasses and Sunglasses
If your eyeglasses or sunglasses contain a manufacturing defect:
- Notify us within three (3) days of receiving the item.
- Provide supporting photographs and details of the defect.
- Once verified, we will replace the item with the same model and prescription specifications.
Please note:
- Refunds are not available for defective eyeglasses or sunglasses.
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care are not covered.
2. Returns for Unopened Items
We may accept returns for unopened, non‑custom‑made products, subject to all of the following conditions:
- You notify us within three (3) days of receiving your order.
- The item is returned within seven (7) days from the delivery date.
- The product remains unopened, factory sealed, unused, and in resalable condition.
Approved Returns
For eligible returns:
- Store credit will be issued for the approved value of the returned item.
- Store credit is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs.
- Secure packaging of returned items.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as louisvuittonoutlet is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Any non‑refundable payment processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the store credit issued.
3. Non‑Returnable and Non‑Exchangeable Products
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless confirmed to be factory defective:
- Opened or used contact lenses.
- Products ordered with incorrect prescription parameters selected by the customer.
- Products ordered in an unwanted colour or design.
- Custom‑made, special‑order, novelty, or prescription lenses.
- Prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses (unless defective).
- Products returned outside the applicable return period.
- Products without original packaging or showing signs of use, tampering, or damage.
4. Order Cancellations

Custom‑made and special‑order products cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed.
5. Items Damaged During Delivery or Missing Shipments
All orders are shipped with tracking information.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged

- Retain all packaging materials.
- Provide photographs of the package and damaged items.
We will assess the situation and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
If Your Package Has Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping provider and work toward an appropriate resolution.
