Size: 31.x15 (cm) Material: Aluminium The process: Each plate is dipped in 4 tanks of water/chemicals in preparation to paint, cleaned in Alkaline to remove dirt & grease, and then rinsed in water before being soaked in Alocrom solution which prepares the surface for painting & gives corrosion protection. It is then rinsed again in water before being painted in enamel (Stove Enamel) and oven baked at approx. 125˚C for 30 mins to set.
