Plain Gardener Straw Hat – Solar Fan Hat Cooling Outdoor Sun – One Size

I was willing to pay $60 for a sombrero, yes, that’s right, an insane price. However, it touted something others didn’t have, a solar fan. Ok cool, sign me up as I live in the desert and this will see some mileage. Reviews seemed ok’ish, but once received I was sure it was going to be the bees knees. Well, sadly, though the design seems correct, the airflow at max speed in max sunlight is almost non-existent. Yes, the fan blades are moving at a seemingly decent pace, but the airflow is almost unnoticeable and therefore this was a no-brainer return. For the price, I can make my own design that actually does what this only promises. Lastly, just to point it out in case one is interested in overpriced gimmicks, this could possibly fit in some climates, but it’s laughable in any actual heat/direct sun, which is what it requires for power…. pass otherwise and don’t say I didn’t warn you ��
