Cowboy with Band Straw Hat – Solar Fan Cooling Sun Hat for Outdoors – Large

We have a gardener style hat that we LOVE. We just ordered 3 of the cowboy style. One to keep, two as gifts. The breeze coming from the fan is so weak they are basically useless. The fans work, but they are no comparison for the gardener hat we have. I’m not sure if there’s a defect with the 3 cowboys hats or if it is the difference in the style. If it is the style then you need to redesign the product or something. It’s a massive disappointment. For the price we expected much better quality. We ordered these for an outdoor event that is happening this weekend, not sure if we’d even have time to receive new ones at this point. We would rather have good hats as opposed to a refund.However, the cowboy hats are a nice style and look great!
